Description

Delicious bite-sized Taco Cups made with seasoned beef and topped with melted cheese, perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Cooking spray
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, green onions


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning and water, cooking until the mixture is thickened.
  4. Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray and place a wonton wrapper in each cup, pressing it down into the bottom and sides.
  5. Fill each wonton cup with the ground beef mixture and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the wrappers are crispy and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Top with optional toppings if desired.
