These Tiramisu Brownies combine the rich flavors of coffee and cocoa into a fudgy dessert with a creamy center.

- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Whisk together cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Melt butter over medium heat in a saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in sugar until combined. Let cool slightly before mixing in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients gradually and mix until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Whisk together brewed coffee, mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth. Spread the coffee mixture over the brownie layer in the pan.
- Top with the remaining brownie batter and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool completely before dusting with cocoa powder and cutting into squares.
