Ingredients

- 4 slices of bread
- 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the broiler in your oven.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the milk, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard, stirring until combined.
- Gradually add the grated cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Spread the cheese mixture over the toasted bread.
- Place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the cheese sauce.
- Serve with a side of pickles or a salad for a complete meal.
