Ingredients

- 1 package of tortillas (whole wheat or regular)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup leftover turkey, shredded
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer shredded turkey on top of the cream cheese.
- Add cranberry sauce over the turkey.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions and cheddar cheese on top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
- Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Slice each roll into 1-inch pieces.
- Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and enjoy!
