Instructions
- Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture.
- Combine in a bowl the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
- Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
