Description

A refreshing and creamy tzatziki sauce made with Greek yogurt, cucumber, and garlic, perfect for dipping and elevating any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  3. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
