Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Rinse the white beans under cold water and drain well.
  2. Drain the roasted red peppers, ensuring all excess liquid is removed.
  3. Combine the rinsed white beans, roasted red peppers, olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a food processor.
  4. Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  5. Adjust the seasoning by tasting and adding salt and pepper to your preference.
  6. Blend again briefly to incorporate the seasoning.
  7. Transfer the creamy dip to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh parsley.
