Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and dried thyme, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the white beans to the skillet gently.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Mix in the Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley, alongside bread.
