Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey or lean beef
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for coating)
  • Cooking spray or oil for baking


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground turkey or beef, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
