Instructions
- Combine in a large bowl cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bell pepper, onion, chicken/taco meat, and taco seasoning.
- Spread a thin layer of the mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly to form pinwheels.
- Slice each roll into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature, garnished with cilantro if desired.
Notes
Allow pinwheels to chill for about 30 minutes before slicing for best results.
