- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves

Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, mix together tomato sauce, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 360-480 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Before serving, stir in the fresh basil leaves.
- Serve warm over pasta or rice.
